Let me start off by saying, I am homeschooled. Typically when I write a paper, I have a day to collect any and all information for my paper, the next day I begin the rough draft. The day after, I continue to go through, re-read, re-word, re-organize etc. when the day comes to to make my final copy, I type it out on the computer, run it through a system that reads my essay back to me, change anything relevant and turn it in. After turning it in, my mom and I review the paper and talk about the judgment she made on the essay.

  1. Being homeschooled must present a set of challenges, unfamiliar to me, to match the difficulty of public school. With your parent posing as your teacher, you must feel connected to school in a way that some can't comprehend. Even though your system of writing is different from that of someone who goes to public school, there are some similarities, right?
